Challenge 1 - Color Combo!

Welcome to our first 2008 design challenge!  Members of our creative team will be hosting a design challenge each week right here as we countdown to A-MUSE-A-PALOOZA!  So grab your stamps and get ready to play because there are PRIZES!  At the end of each week, we'll draw a random winner from all the entries on the challenge post.  So let's get started with our first challenge hostess, Geeta!

Geetapicamusebw Howdy!  I'm Geeta, a member of the A Muse Instructor team.  I'll be teaching classes at Stamp Antonio in San Antonio, TX, Memory Depot in Austin, TX, and Stamp Salado, in Salado, TX during A-MUSE-A-PALOOZA. I hope to see you there!

In the meantime, I have a SUPER FUN challenge I invite you to participate in, with a terrific prize to be drawn randomly from all A-MUSE-A-PALOOZA participants that play with me!

This is a color challenge, and here's how you can enter:

  • Create a card using the colors: Chocolate Kitchen, Cabana Blue, and Purple Passion (yes, you must use all 3 colors!)  Edited to add: you may use similar colors if you don't have these.
  • The card must feature at least one (1) A Muse stamp image.
  • Upload your card to the gallery on Splitcoaststampers.com, taking care to include the keyword AP08COLOR in the photo description or keyword box.
  • When you're finished, copy the url/link of your upload and post it in the comments area of this post by midnight Sunday, June 8th.

You may submit more than one entry for this challenge.  The more you create, the more chances you have to win!

I've never done this before - sure hope it works!! Great challenge Geeta! The purple is a pretty little paper under the tree stamp (just in case you can't see it).
